- California Air Resources Board (CARB) - California Residents - CARB released their Proposed
scoping plan on October 15, 2008. They hold numerous workshops covering all sectors (e.g. electricity,
land use, landfills, local govt, etc.), overall program design, and various statewide meetings to design and
implement California's AB32 Global Warming Solutions Act.
